Il TAR ha accolto le censure di illegittimit\u00e0 gi\u00e0 rilevate e contestate nell&#8217;Assemblea AMEV del 19 ottobre 2006. La sentenza \u00e8 disponibile on-line sul sito <a href=\"http:\/\/www.giustizia-amministrativa.it\/Sentenze\/RM_200701373_SE.doc\">www.giustizia-amministrativa.it\/Sentenze\/RM_200701373_SE.doc<\/a>.  Il Ministero dovr\u00e0 applicare immediatamente l&#8217;ordine del Tribunale salvando la priorit\u00e0 acquisita dalle domande finora escluse.
